A legacy formed by the Free Council during the Nameless War. The Underground granted its members access to an astral realm which consists solely of a train line, accessed by way of stations created within the Mage’s subconscious.

Masters of Astral Travel and the Mind, members of the Underground played a key role during the Nameless war as couriers of information and spies. Now the Underground acts a social network, allowing for the spread of information and the forming of connections, while deceased members of the Legacy make the train their home.
